Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By using Collaway, you agree to these terms. If you use Collaway on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to manage that business profile.

Accounts and Business Verification

Anyone may create a standard user account. Creating an account does not imply business verification. Business owners may submit business profiles for review, and Collaway admins may approve, reject, suspend, or request more information for accounts, reviews, or business profiles that are incomplete, misleading, or violate these terms.

Business Profiles

Each business profile must contain accurate information. Business owners are responsible for keeping products, services, contacts, prices, images, payment options, opening hours, and quotation details up to date.

Subscriptions and Trials

Each business has its own subscription. Subscriptions are linked to the business, not to the user account. New businesses may receive a 1 month free trial. After the trial, the first paid subscription may include both the setup fee and the first monthly fee, then subsequent renewals use the monthly subscription fee unless the business is deactivated or otherwise agreed with Collaway.

Payments

Collaway may support payments through mobile money, debit cards, credit cards, and payment processors. Payment records are tracked against the relevant business subscription or service.

Business Content

You must not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content. Collaway may remove content that violates these terms or affects platform trust and safety.

Customer Inquiries and Documents

Business owners are responsible for quotations, invoices, receipts, customer communication, fulfillment, and any promises made through their business profile.

Service Availability

We work to keep Collaway available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or security events may affect service availability.
