Collaway collects account details such as name, phone number, email address, role, country, and login information. For businesses, we collect profile information including business name, category, contacts, location, opening hours, products, services, price lists, reviews, payment options, images, quotation requests, invoices, quotes, receipts, subscriptions, and payment records.
Anyone may create a standard user account to use account-based features. Business profiles follow a separate verification process: owners may submit details, and Collaway admins review, request more information, approve, and verify eligible businesses. A user account does not by itself represent a verified business.
We use information to create and manage business profiles, authenticate users, send SMS PIN notifications, process subscription payments, display public business details, support customer inquiries, improve the platform, and prevent misuse.
Business profile information marked for publication may be visible publicly, including business name, category, description, contacts, location, WhatsApp link, images, payment options, reviews, products, services, and opening hours.
Collaway may use trusted providers for SMS notifications, Google login, file storage, payment processing, analytics, hosting, and email or support communication. These providers only receive information needed to deliver their services.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect account and business data. Account authentication is handled through Google OAuth, and Collaway does not collect a password or PIN for Google sign-in.
Business owners may request updates, corrections, or deactivation of their business profile. Some public business details may remain visible until an admin reviews and processes the request.
