2. After signing up, what do I do next?

On signing up, you will be requested to verify your email in order to login. You'll receive $100 worth of credits to get you started

After logging in, you can add your business and you'll be required to provide the details below:

• Business Name
• Business Description
• Country
• City/State
• Address
• Business Email (Optional)
• Primary Phone Number
• Secondary Phone Number (Optional)

You can add your products and services thereafter

3. How can i add my products and services?

This can be done after you have added your business. If you have done so, you'll be required to do the following:

For Products, the details below are required:

• Product Category
• Product Name
• Product Description
• Brand (Optional)
• Currency
• Price
• No. Of Available Items
• Business Email (Optional)
• Dimensions (optional)
• Weight (optional)

For Services, the details below are required:

• Service Category
• Service Name
• Pricing
• Availability/Scheduling
• Service Delivery Method (Online/In-Person/Both)

4. What types of products/services can I sell?

You can sell a wide variety of products and services, including: apparel, accessories, electronics, home goods, art, crafts, digital downloads, handmade items, vintage goods, food and beverages, personal care items, beauty products, jewelry, books, toys, tools, sports equipment, furniture, travel packages, consulting services, online courses and more

Buyers

1. Does Collaway do shipping and deliveries?

Unfortunately, collaway does not do shipping and deliveries. Business owners take on the responsibility of carrying out deliveries. However, we have partnering courier agencies that can assist carryout deliveries on request.

Currently, partnering courier agencies are in the following countries:

• Uganda

2. What Payment Methods are supported?

• Debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Unionpay)
• MTN Mobile Money
• Airtel Money
• MPESA

3. What transactional fees are calculated?

3% + $0.3 per settlement/transaction

4.How are refunds and returns handled?

Refunds and returns are fully handled by businesses however, we can only refund once an order has failed or in case of a dispute. Through our order process, we will verify the state of your order and will start the refund process before we settle the seller

5. How are orders handled?

The order process follows the steps below;

• Order Initiated: Status when you have paid for a particular item/product/service
• Order Received: Business owner confirms receipt of your order
• Delivery initiated: Business owner intiates delivery process
• Delivery Completed: Business owner confirms success delivery
• Order Completed: Buyer confirms receipt of the order item
• Settlement Initiated: Business owner requests for settlement from collaway
• Settlement Request received: Collaway confirms receipt of settlement request
• Settlement Dispatched: Collaway confirms that it has worked on the settlement
• Settlement Completed: Collaway confirms that it has completed the settlement

Pricing

1. What is Collaway's pricing methodology?

Collaway's pricing methodology is based on a Cost-Per-Click methodology where business owners are charged whenever their business, product/service is viewed as bookings recieved.

This means that whenever a business is clicked, product/service is clicked or booking initiated a charge is deducted.

2. How much is charged?

A based CPV rate is charged. However, businesses can bid for top placement by increasing their CPC rate in the user dashboard.Businesses with high CPC rates are ranked higher than others. In case a business owner wishes his/her business to rank higher, he/she can subscribe to our monthly premium package.
